For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2.1 TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd is a registered financial intermediary operating under SEBI's regulatory framework. We are an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund and SIF Distributor (ARN-330164) and a licensed Insurance Agency, offering services including mutual fund distribution, bonds, health, term, motor, fire and cyber insurance, tax filing assistance, will and succession planning, estate strategy, and company incorporation.

2.2 Raise Rich Minds — SmartMoney for Kids is a voluntary, not-for-profit financial awareness and literacy initiative launched by TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd. The programme is designed to provide structured, age-appropriate financial education to Indian children (ages 4–22) and their parents through interactive games, calculators, reels, and guided conversations.

2.3 Purpose of the Initiative: The sole purpose of the Raise Rich Minds programme is to promote financial literacy and awareness in Indian households. It does not solicit investments, does not recommend specific financial products, and does not constitute financial planning or advisory services in any form.

3.1 By accessing or using this Platform, including browsing any page, playing any game, using any calculator, submitting any WhatsApp message, or downloading any resource, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on this Platform.

3.2 If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor child, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and that you accept these Terms on their behalf and assume full responsibility for their use of the Platform.

3.3 These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the device, browser, operating system, or geographic location from which the Platform is accessed, provided the laws of India apply to such access.

3.4 These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4.1 General Access: The Platform is freely accessible to all individuals. There is no registration, login, or payment required to access the educational content, games, and tools under the Raise Rich Minds programme.

4.2 Minor Users: The Raise Rich Minds programme is specifically designed for children between the ages of 4 and 22 years. However:

• Children below the age of 13 years should access and use this Platform only under direct parental or guardian supervision.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
• Parents and guardians are encouraged to actively participate in the programme alongside their children, as the programme is designed as a family experience.

4.3 Financial Services Eligibility: While educational content is available to all, access to regulated financial services offered by TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd (such as mutual fund investments, insurance purchases, or financial planning consultations) is restricted to adults aged 18 years and above in compliance with applicable Indian law and SEBI/IRDAI regulations.

4.4 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are either 18 years of age or older, or are accessing the Platform as a minor with the express knowledge, supervision, and consent of your parent or legal guardian.

5.1 All content published on this Platform — including but not limited to games, interactive tools, calculators, infographics, reels, articles, conversation starter guides, challenge cards, quiz results, and badge systems — is created exclusively for the purpose of financial literacy, awareness, and educational enrichment.

5.2 This content does NOT constitute:

• Investment advice or financial planning advice of any kind
• A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific mutual fund scheme, stock, bond, or other security
• An offer or solicitation for any financial product or service
• Tax advice or legal advice
• A guarantee or assurance of any financial return, outcome, or benefit
• A substitute for independent professional financial, legal, or tax advice

5.3 Accuracy of Information: While TechArtha takes reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of educational content, all figures, calculations, projections, examples, historical data, and market references used on the Platform are illustrative in nature and may not reflect current market conditions. TechArtha does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any information provided on this Platform.

5.4 Users are strongly advised to consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor or qualified financial professional before making any investment decision. The content on this Platform is a starting point for financial conversations — not a conclusion.

6.1 AMFI Registration: TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd is registered with the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) as a Mutual Fund Distributor and SIF Distributor bearing ARN Number ARN-330164 in the name of Sushil Arvind Raul. Registration with AMFI does not guarantee performance of any scheme and does not provide any assurance of returns to investors.

6.2 Distributor Role: As an AMFI-registered distributor, TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd facilitates the distribution of mutual fund schemes on behalf of various Asset Management Companies (AMCs). We are not the fund manager, investment manager, or custodian of any scheme.

6.3 Return Projections: Any return projections, compound interest calculations, SIP growth illustrations, or wealth creation examples shown on this Platform — including within games, calculators, or educational tools — are purely illustrative and based on assumed rates of return. These are not guaranteed returns. Actual returns may be higher or lower depending on market conditions, scheme performance, and other factors.

6.4 Risk Disclosure: Investments in mutual funds and other securities are subject to various risks including market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, interest rate risk, and inflation risk. Investors may receive less than their original investment amount. Before investing, consider your risk profile, investment horizon, financial goals, and tax implications.

6.5 Commissions: As a mutual fund distributor, TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd may receive commissions from AMCs for distribution of their schemes. Investors are encouraged to ask about commissions and trail fees before investing through TechArtha.

7.1 TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd acts as a licensed insurance agent and facilitates the distribution of insurance products including health insurance, term life insurance, motor insurance, fire insurance, and cyber insurance.

7.2 Insurance products discussed or mentioned on this Platform — including in educational games and tools — are illustrative in nature. The actual benefits, coverage, exclusions, premiums, and terms of any insurance product are determined solely by the respective insurance company's policy document.

7.3 TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd does not underwrite insurance risks. We are an intermediary that assists customers in understanding and accessing insurance products. All claims, settlements, and policy servicing are handled directly by the insurance company.

7.4 Any insurance-related content, scenarios, or examples in the Raise Rich Minds programme are educational illustrations only. They do not represent actual policy terms, premiums, or claims outcomes. Always read the policy document and Key Information Sheet (KIS) carefully before purchasing any insurance product.

8.1 The Raise Rich Minds programme includes 24+ interactive financial education games, calculators (including SIP calculators, EMI calculators, inflation tools, and budget planners), quizzes, challenges, and storytelling experiences.

8.2 Educational Purpose Only: All interactive tools, games, and calculators are designed exclusively to teach financial concepts in an engaging and age-appropriate manner. The results, scores, projections, and outcomes generated by these tools are for educational illustration only and should not be used as the basis for any real financial decision.

8.3 Simplified Models: The calculations used in our games and tools use simplified financial models and assumed parameters (such as fixed return rates, standard inflation rates, and typical expense ratios). Real financial markets, tax structures, and personal circumstances are significantly more complex.

8.4 Progress Tracking: Some tools on the Platform may store limited data in your browser's local storage (a browser-level feature, not a TechArtha server) to track game progress, badge completion, and challenge status. This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to TechArtha's servers. Clearing your browser data will reset all progress.

8.5 WhatsApp Challenge Submissions: The ₹100 Real-World Challenge feature invites users to submit completed challenge proofs via WhatsApp for verification and badge unlocking. By submitting a WhatsApp message, you consent to TechArtha acknowledging your submission and responding accordingly. Submissions are voluntary and no personal data beyond what you voluntarily share in the message is collected.

9.1 All content on this Platform, including but not limited to game mechanics, game scripts, character names (including "Aarya", "Neel", "Arjun", "Riya" and others), archetype names ("The Vault", "The Rocket", "The Grower", "The Hustler", "The Guardian"), brand name "Raise Rich Minds", visual design, CSS stylesheets, JavaScript code, text, infographics, illustrations, badge designs, reel concepts, and the overall programme structure — are the exclusive intellectual property of TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd or its licensors.

9.2 Permitted Use: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. This includes:

• Playing the games and using the tools for personal learning
• Sharing links to the Platform on social media for awareness purposes
• Downloading and printing PDF resources made available for personal or family use

9.3 Prohibited Use: Without prior written permission from TechArtha, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content for commercial purposes
• Modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its code
• Use the "Raise Rich Minds" name, "TechArtha" name, or any associated branding in any manner
• Incorporate any Platform content into any other website, application, or educational programme without written consent
• Use any of our game mechanics, scenarios, or curricula for commercial training programmes

9.4 For permissions beyond personal use — such as using Raise Rich Minds content in schools, community programmes, or corporate CSR initiatives — please contact TechArtha at support@TechArtha.com.

By using this Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian or international law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or any system or network connected to it
• Interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Platform or any related systems, including through the introduction of viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use automated bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other tools to extract content from the Platform in bulk
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate TechArtha, its team members, or any other person
• Use the Platform to spread misinformation, defamatory content, or content harmful to minors
• Submit false or misleading information via WhatsApp or any contact channel
• Reproduce or distribute our games, curricula, or educational content for profit without authorisation
• Use the Platform to conduct, promote, or facilitate any fraudulent financial scheme
• Engage in any conduct that may damage TechArtha's reputation or the integrity of the Raise Rich Minds programme

11.1 TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd uses WhatsApp as a primary communication channel for programme interactions, challenge submissions, appointment scheduling, service inquiries, and general support.

11.2 By initiating a WhatsApp message to TechArtha's registered WhatsApp numbers (+91 83088 16023 or +91 96197 41754), you expressly consent to receiving responses, programme updates, educational content, and relevant service information via WhatsApp.

11.3 Opt-Out: You may opt out of WhatsApp communications at any time by sending "STOP" to the same number. You will receive a confirmation and will no longer receive proactive communications. Note that opting out does not affect your ability to initiate new conversations.

11.4 WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp Inc.'s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are independent of TechArtha's policies. TechArtha is not responsible for any data handling by WhatsApp Inc.

11.5 Parents and guardians should supervise any WhatsApp interactions initiated by minor children with TechArtha in connection with programme activities such as the ₹100 Real-World Challenge.

12.1 This Platform may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, and resources including but not limited to AMFI (amfiindia.com), SEBI (sebi.gov.in), SCORES (scores.gov.in), SmartODR (smartodr.in), and individual AMC and insurance company websites.

12.2 TechArtha provides these links for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website.

12.3 Visiting any third-party website through links on this Platform is done entirely at your own risk. TechArtha is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of any linked third-party website.

13.1 TechArtha's collection, use, storage, and protection of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Please read it carefully.

13.2 Minimal Data Collection: The Raise Rich Minds programme is designed to function with minimal data collection. Game progress and badge data are stored locally on your device using browser local storage and are not transmitted to TechArtha's servers unless you explicitly contact us.

13.3 If you contact TechArtha via WhatsApp, email, or phone, we may retain communication records for service improvement, compliance, and support purposes. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

13.4 TechArtha complies with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Amendment) Act, 2008, and the applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) as notified by the Government of India.

14.1 The Raise Rich Minds programme is built as a family programme. Parents and guardians are not merely permitted to participate — they are actively encouraged to do so. The programme's parent guides, conversation starters, and the Parent Pledge are specifically designed to involve parents in their child's financial learning journey.

14.2 Parents and guardians who allow minor children to access the Platform are solely responsible for:

• Supervising their child's use of the Platform, particularly for children under 13
• Ensuring their child does not share personal or family financial information in WhatsApp messages or other communications
• Monitoring their child's interactions with any challenge submission features
• Providing context and guidance to their child when discussing concepts introduced by the programme

14.3 TechArtha strongly recommends that parents play the games, use the calculators, and have the conversations alongside their children rather than leaving children to engage with the programme independently, especially for Tier 1 (Ages 4–7) content.

15.1 To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any content thereon
• Any investment decision made based on educational content viewed on this Platform
• Any financial loss arising from acting on illustrative projections, calculations, or examples in our games or tools
• Errors, omissions, interruptions, or inaccuracies in the Platform content
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or communications
• Any interaction with third-party websites linked from this Platform
• Any technical issues, downtime, or unavailability of the Platform

15.2 The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15.3 Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit TechArtha's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

16.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd and its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your use of the Platform in an unlawful or unauthorised manner
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Platform or its associated communication channels
• Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Platform

17.1 TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.

17.2 We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes — such as by placing a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or by sending a communication to users who have provided contact information. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

17.3 TechArtha also reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate any part of the Platform or the Raise Rich Minds programme at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

18.1 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

18.2 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechArtha Financial Services Pvt Ltd regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

18.3 No Waiver: TechArtha's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of any provision shall only be effective if made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of TechArtha.

19.1 Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without reference to conflict of law principles.

19.2 Jurisdiction: Subject to the arbitration provision below, any disputes, legal proceedings, or claims arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or the Raise Rich Minds programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

19.3 Dispute Resolution — Step 1: Contact TechArtha First: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact TechArtha in writing at support@TechArtha.com describing the nature of your complaint and the relief sought. TechArtha will respond within 30 days of receipt. Many concerns can be resolved quickly and informally.

19.4 Regulatory Grievances — Mutual Fund: If your complaint relates to mutual fund services and cannot be resolved by TechArtha, you may escalate your grievance to:
