1. Who We Are

TechArtha Financial Services Private Limited ("TechArtha", "we", "our", or "us") is a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, registered in Maharashtra, India. We are an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN-330164) and Insurance Agency holder, offering financial awareness and distribution services.

The Mann + Dhan + Hunar Ready Readiness Program ("the Program") is a free learning initiative operated by TechArtha, accessible through our website and learning management system (collectively, "the Platform"). This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected through the Platform, including the enrollment form, course content, WhatsApp communications, and related services.

This Privacy Policy is published in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 ("IT Act"), the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("SPDI Rules"), and applicable provisions of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the rules framed thereunder, as and when notified.

 

2. What Information We Collect

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Course progress data: lessons completed, quiz responses, and completion percentage — recorded by our LMS to display your progress and issue your certificate.
  • Login and account data: your username (email-based) and encrypted password — stored on our WordPress server to give you access to enrolled courses.
  • Device and browser information: IP address, browser type, device type, and general location (city/region) — collected automatically by our web server and analytics tools.
  • Cookie data: session cookies (to keep you logged in) and optional analytics cookies. See Section 7 for full details.

2.3 Information we do NOT collect

  • Payment card numbers, bank account details, or any financial account information. The Program is completely free and no payment is ever requested.
  • Aadhaar numbers, PAN numbers, or any government-issued identification.
  • Sensitive Personal Data or Information as defined under the SPDI Rules, such as health conditions, biometric data, or financial account details.

We will never use your information to send unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to this Program without your separate, explicit consent.

 

4. WhatsApp Communications

 

By enrolling in the Program and checking the consent box on the enrollment form, you explicitly consent to receiving WhatsApp messages from TechArtha through our WhatsApp Business API provider. These messages include:

  • Your welcome message on enrollment.
  • Lesson video links, delivered on a scheduled basis over the duration of the Program.
  • Brief engagement check-ins (e.g. "How did this week's video land?").
  • Track completion notifications and your certificate download link.
  • A one-time optional invitation to book a free Money Check-In call on completing the full Program.

You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from our number. On receiving your STOP reply, we will remove your number from all active drip sequences within 48 hours and you will receive no further WhatsApp messages from us under this Program.

All WhatsApp messages use pre-approved templates submitted to and approved by Meta Platforms, Inc. under its WhatsApp Business Policy.

 

5. How We Store and Protect Your Information

5.2 Security measures

We implement reasonable security practices and procedures as required under Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, including:

  • SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your browser and our website (https://).
  • Encrypted password storage — passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
  • Access controls — only authorised TechArtha personnel can access learner records.
  • Firewall protection, malware scanning, and brute-force login prevention on our WordPress installation.
  • Regular platform updates to patch known security vulnerabilities.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. If you become aware of any security concern relating to your account, please notify us immediately at support@TechArtha.com.

 

6. Sharing Your Information

 

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes, ever. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in and accessing your enrolled courses. Blocking third-party cookies may prevent YouTube videos from playing — you can use the direct YouTube link sent in your WhatsApp lessons as an alternative.

 

8. Data Retention

9. Your Rights

 

Under applicable Indian law and as a matter of our commitment to you, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Note on deletion requests: Requesting deletion of your personal information will result in your CRM record, course progress, and enrollment data being permanently erased. This also means your completion certificates cannot be reissued. We will complete deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain the data.

 

10. Children's Privacy

 

The Mann + Dhan + Hunar Ready Program is designed for working professionals and is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has enrolled in the Program without appropriate consent, please contact us at support@TechArtha.com and we will delete that information promptly.

12. Links to Third-Party Websites

 

Our lesson videos are hosted on YouTube. When you click a YouTube link in your WhatsApp message or within the Platform, you are accessing YouTube's platform, which is subject to Google's own Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service. TechArtha is not responsible for the privacy practices of YouTube, Google, or any other third-party website linked from the Platform.

 

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

 

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make a significant change, we will:

  • Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
  • Post a notice on the Program homepage for at least 30 days.
  • Where practical and required, notify enrolled learners by email or WhatsApp of material changes.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may request deletion of your account and personal data as described in Section 9.

 

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

This Privacy Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the SPDI Rules, 2011, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and any rules or regulations framed thereunder. Any disputes arising in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India.
